- When receiving a Report, it is the sole responsibility of the Client to fully investigate the information received and decide what, if any, action to take on its own platform. Neither JobsAware, nor any Client submitting information about Reports, shall accept any responsibility or liability for actions undertaken by the Client receiving the information.
- The Client agrees not to re-share any Reports it receives outside of the JobsAware Website, except within its own organisation for the sole purpose of protecting jobseekers from potential harm.
